@nigel_driffield @JackCoy4 @D_Blanchflower Is that true? Or was it the complexity of the financial instruments involved? Not sure even forensic accountants wld have understood the risk profiles. As it is complexity alone prob should have served as a warning. Did everyone just assume someone knew what they were doing?
